Hi! My name is Kathy De Bel, and I bring both personal and professional experience to the field of maternal and infant health, education, and care. I am a Registered Nurse (RN), International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Certified Sound Healer, and Reiki Practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals and families through a compassionate, evidence-based approach.

Whether you are preparing for your baby's arrival, navigating the early weeks, or seeking ongoing support, I am here to guide you through every stage of your feeding journey.

In addition to comprehensive lactation and infant feeding support, I offer Self-Care Timeouts featuring Reiki and Sound Baths. These holistic services are designed to nurture your well-being, promote relaxation, and provide a supportive space for restoration, healing, and self-care.
